Hard Drive was shot

I was told that the computer goes through 3 inspections. I do not know who inspects it but when I booted the computer it said there was an imminent hard drive crash (not exact wording) but it was plain to see the hard drive was no good. I have sent the computer back but I have not gotten word from the company as to whether they received it or not. I think I'm out $250. No computer, no refund money, nothing!

New Computer

Perfect--much better than I expected with it being a refurbished machine. Highly recomend. Also, came with windows 7 cd and a wireless router.
