1problem with refurbished computers

I have tried three different refurbished computers all of which have the same basic problems 1) claims of being faster 2) did not work properly and 3) either of an unknown quality or could not be upgraded nor would they take added programs like dragon or ligitech webcams which makes me wonder if they were actually refurbished or just bought and cleaned off? Can not speak to return policy yet, still waiting on refunds, but, I must say cravingsavings did not cause me any hassle regarding the refund they did offer a replacement (which I refused), they told me 5 days after the return process was complete my money would be refunded. So I am waiting. James

5Dell Optiplex 755 Mini-Tower

Fast computer, delivered fast also. Works good, the fan is a bit loud, but it does keep the computer very cool. Can't complain since they included an extra GB of RAM (3 total) and a larger hard drive than the stats showed (250GB instead of 160GB). I have and would buy from them again.

5It was what I need

I run an old program that requires a serial port and runs best on XP. This machine met all my requirements has been running flawlessly since I purchased it.
