5Awesome costumer service!!
By Osvaldo Perez
I chose this computer carefully for all the features I need, but at first I didn't get quite what I was expecting. The processor posted is a 3.4 ghz processor and I got a
2.13ghz processor; the hard drive was only 160 gb compared to the 500 gb
listed. I called customer service and I got a response from Andy.
After I explained to him all my concerns, he told me he was going to give me a
call back in 20 min. Well, it did not take that long. 20 sec later I received a
call back explaining me in a very nice way that before you
purchase something on Amazon you should first check the vendor spec for the
product you want to buy. He also explained to me and totally convinced me that
the processor I received is way faster than the one listed. With all that said I
feel more than happy with my purchase and with the amazing costumer service, and even happier when 4 days later I received a 620 gb hard drive. I
am returning the original one. Awesome! I recomend this guys and I will do
business with them again for sure.

5Best comp I could find for the price
By Anon.
Needed to replace my broken laptop. Bought this for ~$120 w/shipping.

Pros: Fast computer! Works great with XP. Has a cpu and Ram usage meter on the desktop. Upgradeable to 4 gigs of ram. Dual Core processor. Came with keyboard (not sure if it was supposed to, but no mouse). Only 100 bucks

Cons: No wireless card. (bought a medialinks wireless USB stick for 15 bucks, works perfect). No HDMI port, so you have to use VGA.

p.s. Each seller has some different upgrades. The one I purchased has a dual core 2.8GHz processor. It was stated before I bought it. Just keep that in mind, and check before you purchase.

4Originally ordered a 64 bit machine
By Dave Potter
I Originally ordered a 64 bit machine but am glad a 32 bit machine was sent
as 64 bit machines apparently still experience poor driver support from MSFT, et al

The unit was professionally packed better than most and is alive and working...

Many thanks for this good deal...
