debranded
By jim r sanders
This computer came in as "debranded." All the HP symbols have been removed or blackened out. Look closely at the pictures and you can see the HP has been replaced by a world sticker. They placed the one on my monitor crooked, I'll have to stare at that everyday. Would have been nice to know it was debranded upfront. Internet search of "debranded" computer says that it can be a bare bones edition, store return, refurbished, etc. Don't mind using for my home but I need it at my business where I am not as comfortable with a refurbished model.
I will say this computer seems to be awesome and the price is great. Did not know that it was touchscreen and wireless keyboard and mouse. Planning on keeping it but would have liked to have had debranded information first.

Where are the directions?
By Andrew Bucke
I don't know whether this debranded computer (was supposed to have been HP) is any good or not. It arrived without any printed materials whatsoever--other than some labeling on the plastic bags--and I'm having some trouble getting it up and running because there's no product key listed to register for Windows set-up.

Not what we ordered
By cooper
I am very disappointed with this purchase. While my son loves the computer we recently discovered that it does not have the 64bit space like advertised. It came with only 32 it does not have an HDMI drive and we recently discovered the computer had been stickered over the original HP sign sticker. Seems very fishy but the computer works well its just not what we ordered.
