The DVD drawer is sticky, not sure why. upon delivery my office wasn't open and the unit was left on the door step, which may or may not be the fault of the shipper.

The computer is slow and had some bugs that didn't allow my Norton 360 to function. I had to restore it 3 times to get it to function properly. It makes a lot of noise when running. It functions as a word processor and has room for file storage but it is limited. I had to buy an adapter to hook up my old flat screen monitor so be aware of that. The price is such that I will keep it for file storage and buy another computer for regular use.
