Very Pleased!!
By Stephen Weiss
The Dell GX620 was received as scheduled. Well packed and undamaged. Although there was virtually no istallation or descriptive documentation shipped with the computer, it is shipped with a comprehensive restore disc. The GX620 is up, running and is a great value and computer.

Dell
By John T. Kesil
first very quick shipping from ez buy cafe ordered sunday night not processed on monday shipped tuesday got it Wednesday morning like not even two full days. very small a great break from my old HP it was a huge lug. anyway it fried early. my old one was 3.4 clock speed 4 gigs memory and a 500 gb hard drive that was loaded with pictures, music, videos and a million programs barely made 100 gb's. so unless you download alot no need. and i see no difference between the Dell and the HP but price and size. refurbished are great i bought my sister a lap top from u-bid she goes to school online so between 5 and 12 hours a day almost a year very strong. after seeing that i only go refurbished. but just make sure the refurbisher gets good reviews. runs great i'll be back in like six month's. hope this review helps. when i purchesed there was one but not very detailed

Money well spent!

I purchased a refurbished GX620 with DVD burner and DVI from EZBuyCafe. The CPU arrived within a few days fully intact, no damage. I plugged it in, connected all the plugs on the back, and was up & running within seconds without any trouble. It came with a VGA-to-DVI adapter (although my monitor has a cord for both so I didn't have to use the adapter). Windows XP was installed & ready to go. It also came with some software installed - Firefox (an older version but was easily updated) - and came with a few installation files on the desktop - AVG Virus Pro, Adware Pro, and Burnaware. After I installed AVG, I discovered it was an older version (no longer supported), so I ended up uninstalling & going to the CNET website to download the latest version myself. I ran a complete scan of the computer & found no issues. I installed Adware Pro & re-ran AVG and found a trojan (FakeAV.DCO), so I would recommend NOT installing the Adware Pro version that comes with the CPU. I finally installed Burnaware & re-ran AVG, did not find any issues so I left it installed but I have not used the software (I use SoThink DVD movie maker to burn video). All in all, I'm thrilled with my new CPU. It runs circles around my old one, especially with download speed and DVD burn speed. Money well spent!
